To lead and manage Inclusion (including SEND, Behaviour and Equalities) at Hardwick Primary School
Start date: 1st January 2024 or as soon as possible
Contract: Permanent Full Time Salary MPS/UPS + TLR 2.1
We are looking to appoint a creative, experienced and enthusiastic Inclusion Leader who:
- has the vision, interpersonal skills and expertise to lead inclusive provision across the whole primary range.
- has or is willing and capable of completing the SENCO qualification.
- is an outstanding teacher, with high expectations and standards and can use these to raise standards.
- has a good understanding of teaching English as an additional language.
- has an innovative and exciting approach to learning;
- has the ability to reflect on and develop their own practice and that of others;
- is willing to play a key role in the development and delivery and enrichment of our curriculum.
- is a well organised and proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school team.

Contract: 41 week contract 35 hours per week 8.30am to 3.30pm daily
Salary: D Scale 7-9 £24,294 - £25,119 FTE (Actual Salary - £20,778 - £21,484)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed administrator who has the knowledge, skills and drive required to make a difference to the lives of children in our community and who:
- Can relate, challenge and engage positively with pupils, parents, staff and other school partners to maintain pupil information
- Has the experience of maintaining and recording pupil information as well as the confidence to submit documentation appropriate to the pupils learning journey, accurately and in a timely fashion
- has the ability to reflect on and develop their own practice and that of others
- is well organised and proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed chef who has the knowledge, skills and drive required to make a difference to the lives of children in our community. The start date for this role will be 4th September 2024 or asap.
You will be an experienced Chef who will work alongside our Catering Supervisor and:
- be jointly responsible for providing approximately 400 healthy and delicious meals for primary aged children and staff using locally sourced ingredients.
- develop the school menu and support in the sourcing of high-quality ingredients.
- Plan, alongside the Catering Manager, the smooth running of the school kitchen organising the team and complying with the School Food Standards.
- maintain high standards of hygiene, have good organisational and management skills and excellent communication with all customers.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and pre-employment checks.
